Booking requests

Submitting a form requests availability; it does not create a confirmed reservation and no payment is taken at that stage. A booking is confirmed only after Horuworks provides the final itinerary, total price and applicable conditions, the traveller accepts them, and any required payment is received.

Prices and changes

Published tour prices and selected cultural-experience prices are final. Transportation and any service expressly identified as excluded are not included. Requested itinerary changes may change the applicable product or price. Requested itinerary changes may alter the price or availability.

Traveller responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for accurate information, valid travel documents, punctuality, suitable clothing and footwear, and promptly disclosing accessibility, mobility, allergy or dietary needs. Horuworks cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment where services are provided by third parties.

Suppliers, disruption and conduct

Some services are delivered by independent guides, venues and transport providers. Weather, transport disruption, closures, safety concerns or events beyond reasonable control may require a substitute, delay, rescheduling or cancellation.

Horuworks may stop a service when conduct creates a safety risk, violates law, seriously disrupts others or disrespects a host community. Japanese law governs these terms unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
